Advocacy

Holt Transition Strategies advocates for inclusive decision-making.

At Holt Transition Strategies, we advocate for organizations to empower women as leaders and encourage leaders to include women in power. Tapping diverse perspectives, emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills enhances decision-making outcomes.

How I can help:

I am committed to sharing my leadership knowledge with others to nurture them on their own leadership paths, while improving diversity and inclusion within your organization.  I will analyze, improve, and formalize organizational structures to help create infrastructure and culture to promote diversity in leadership. LeadershipPhilosophy

Examples of my advocacy work include:

• Creating a grassroots advocacy network for the Texas Medical Association that advocated on healthcare and patient rights. I created the infrastructure for the organization’s hierarchy, processes, and communications network.

• Empowering people on how to speak for themselves. Through my international work with grassroots women’s groups, I empower women to advocate for their issues by sharing their own stories. I brain-storm adaptive strategies to get them into decision-making spaces, locally, nationally and globally.
